Orthopedic Rehabilitation

Chronic pain is debilitating and affects our everyday lives. The goal in rehabilitation is to restore mobility and be pain free through treatment, therapy or training. We strive to identify the underlying causes or dysfunction and quickly have clients free from chronic pain.

Physical wellbeing is merely one aspect to obtaining overall health and wellness. Balance is key and we practice helping clients achieve not only their physical goals but their entire approach to living a healthy lifestyle. Personal development involves physical, mental, emotional and spiritual growth.

Strength & Conditioning

All strength training programs are individual. Programs are developed and designed based on your skill level and your sport or sports. Specific and targeted strength training is key especially for high performance athletes to be able to achieve success in their sport.

Personal Training

All programs are individual. Aspects of your current fitness levels are evaluated first and foremost then specific measurable goals are set for you. Everyone has there own learning style and is motivated in different ways. We will work with you to achieve realistic goals and then build on them from there. Sessions are 1/2 hour in length although at times there may be a need to book an hour session.

Neuromuscular Therapy

Pain, fatigue and weakness in muscles are treated through neuromuscular therapy. Trigger points in muscles can cause ongoing pain and referral pain which can often reach other areas. We identify these trigger points and treat accordingly.
